Integration of DESK with VoiceManagement

In the first place, Axialys must provide you with the unique address of the VoiceManagement to be configured in your DESK interface.

Go to “admin>site setting” and tick “phone integration”. Next, go to “channels>phone” and activate “phone calls enable” in the general section. Then under “channels>phone” and in the integration section, configure the address provided by Axialys. Please note that you must also select all accounts that need to have access to VoiceManagement.

From this point on, the popin should be available in the new generation desk interface. If you are not automatically logged in to the interface, this is because the user does not exist in the Axialys extranet. In that case, you need to add the operator under “VoiceManagement>Operators>Add an operator”, ensuring that you enter the same email address as the one used by the agent to connect to DESK.
